This is an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The monument to the Canadians is the only statue; there is a general block monument to the back and right of this spot. Small museum at the entrance to the left.

The soldier wears no insignia for he is representative of all Canadian regiments.
The little boy on the right is holding a boquet of roses - the little girl a sheaf of maple leaves.
